The Gulfstream Journal of Tropical Bonsai Two Original Issues
The Gulfstream Bonsai Association, Inc. is committed to provide you knowledge and information to create and sustain bonsai with tropical species. We do this primarily through our quarterly magazine (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter) Journal.
To accomplish this we search out and accept articles by people all over the world, and share our experiences. We accept what people write on face value, their credentials, and the review by a four man/one woman editorial board. Hopefully, readers will write and contribute or critique what we print. We don't know everything, but we do everything we can to assure our readers that the material we present is valid. Our mission is to provide material they can depend on when they read our Journal.
The Journal content is optimized to provide maximum technical and artistic data, with additional interesting material for the many and varied readers. What the magazine includes has, over years of publishing experience, been the most popular content, in a format to please the most readers.
To those electing to receive the Journal in black and white, we suggest using the internet screen version to enhance their enjoyment by viewing significant photos in color--on line.
The first two and only speculative issues have been printed and mailed. (one color and the other black and white–shown on the right in color.) Subscribers can depend on receiving what they paid for from this time forward (2008 ...).
Once more ..., we are not perfect, if you do not receive what you expected, let us know. Watch this internet site for notice about when the newest issue has gone to printing, and is listed for downloading. Mailing will follow within about two to three weeks. Mail will be sent first class–so you should receive the Journal within the week it is mailed. If you do not receive it let us know by email.

BE SURE TO KEEP US POSTED WITH ANY ADDRESS CHANGE. (We got one returned in the first two issues mailed–"forwarding time ran out."

Most major credit cards are acceptable. PayPal is also acceptable. To use a credit card do not be intimidated by the PayPal pressure to use their services. They provide the secure collection service, but are not the exclusive method of payment. Look carefully for the credit card buttons. When you use a credit card you are enlisted in the PayPal system, but you do not need to use them. We find the security provided by PayPal first class.

Always pay your subscription before Dec 30 of the current year to get the full four issues of the following year.

See the current rates on the subscription page. Only three (3) issues left this year. Hopefully, we can generate enough interest to afford reprints of back issues for sale to those wanting a full set.

2008 issues now printed and mailed, see the
Journal page.
